Damini and her team did an excellent job with the decor for all my wedding functions. Whether it was the simple, traditional decor for my mehendi or the elegant, modern look for my wedding ceremony and sangeet, she nailed each look. Each function turned out to look even better than what we'd pictured it to be in our heads. Damini was extremely patient with us from the beginning, which is saying a lot considering we were planning our wedding from a different continent and across timezones. She was accommodating and went out of her way to source decor props and create the looks we had in our heads whilst adding her own creative touch and flair. Everything was planned and discussed with us in detail and the end result was mind blowing. Damini is extremely efficient in working within a budget as well and knows how to utilise her resources to create a fantastic and memorable outcome. She completely took the stress of the look and decor of my wedding off my family's head which allowed them to relax and enjoy the wedding. I will forever look back at my wedding with only beautiful and happy memories.

My wedding was organised and executed by Q. Damini was fantastic with giving ideas and executing them too. She also knows how to throw in an element of surprise :) One of the smooothest planners to work with, more so if you're the bride!

I was recently at an event conceptualised by Q Events where Pune's newest pop up venue was also one of its oldest. The Raja Bahadur Mill, shut down and inhabited was restored (and how!) for the city's biggest brands and influencers. Cascading drapes from the ceiling, chandeliers, a gorgeous ramp and back drop, bar and pop up kitchen, flair bartenders and the yummiest desserts. The best food and entertainment. We were transported to another dimension that was easy yet sexy yet vintage yet classy yet young. I've realised event planning is not rocket science, but it requires an acute organisation and constant attention to detail. If everything goes off without a hitch, it often goes without notice, but if something goes awry, it?s a public display of failure. Planning is key, good food is a given, great entertainment is essential?.and helping your guests laugh and have fun is vital to the success of any party or Wedding!
