Hand in Hand Films by Ashu Kalra, Delhi - Review & Rating

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Ashu Kalra, the owner of Hand in Hand Films. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Throughout the entire process, Ms. Kalra demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and communication skills. Her inability to articulate thoughts and respond promptly to inquiries was incredibly frustrating. After making the final payment, she mysteriously stopped answering my calls and emails, leaving me in the dark regarding the progress of my project.

Furthermore, Ms. Kalra failed to deliver on her promises. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the videos and pictures produced, she blatantly ignored my requests for revisions. This level of disrespect and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

I urge anyone considering Hand in Hand Films for their services to think twice. Dealing with Ashu Kalra has been a harrowing experience.
